Color (Just Highlight The Empty Space To Read The Post)
"Crocodile Crocodile which color do you chose??" Sounds familiar right?? And we would prompt out "Red" "Green" "Black" "Yellow". Asking your friend " What is your favorite color??". Color -The word itself defines everything....good...bad..evil...everything! Some express it with paints, some with words. But exactly what is the significance of colors in our life??........ever thought that?? What exactly has influenced me to write this particular post is this incident - One day my mom came from the temple, all quite.....drowned in the ocean of thoughts. I went and asked her that what was wrong? so she says " Today in the temple..i saw an old lady sitting all in depression and tears.I went and asked the Pandit of the mandir....he said that the lady's daughter has given birth to a son, but he is not opening his eyes...his eyes are shut and doctors are saying that you leave everything on God's hands".......After sometime I went to bed. I looked up to the ceiling n was looking at my glow in dark galaxy which was all glittering to the max in the dark.A thought came to my mind....I am privileged to see all this.....I can appreciate the beauty around me in other words "I can see" but what about that child?? For him the whole world is just one color - BLACK. How he will be feeling when he will grow up?? A question arose to me.....the child will defiantly question his mother " Ma....My friend was saying that his favorite color is yellow. What is it? How does it look ( or rather i should say feel) like??" Firstly the feelings of that mother at that time cannot be expressed by any word or any sentence in this world. But she has to answer to her son. So she would probably say " Son you can only see and feel one color and that is Black". And there will come another innocent and a curious question..."Ma...What is color black?? How does it feel and look like??"
Form that particular night I am trying to find a proper definition of color black. A definition that can satisfy the child, which does not increase the curiosity in him about the different colors in life, which does not make the child feel that he is BLIND!
CAN YOU DEFINE IT OUT???

buddy....life is always like this..
God chose someone and cursed with darkness. That's His creation and he chose to punish someone with sheer pain and despair. We can't ask why but to accept it as mute sufferer.
The way u wrote is really touchy and I respect ur thought.
Black!!
When I was a child I used to be afraid of the dark! I used to cry out only one name in that darkness..
"MA" And she used to come to my rescue and hug and make me sleep..
I couldnot see her properly in the dark.
But i could smell her fragnance, I could listen her musical voice and I could feel her caring love!
And for me that was more than enough...
for I knew she was there for em always..
Maybe...
this is what a mother can give to her child!
I don't know if I have answered ur question or not but this was the only thing that i could think of..
nice thought btw..

it's very sad when sumone is born blind there is a reason n only gud knows it.......
Nature's not that bountiful after all... has it's ways of reminding us, that we are after all.. human - prone to lapses here and there...
I sat down and reflected a long way back to the time.. when the doctors told us that my dear cousin, would never be able to walk, sit, talk, hear or see... just like that... she's 12 today - and an angel in the real sense... wish she could only see the world... your writing style touched deep within...
very touching...
